Purpose
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to purchase annual requirements for janitorial paper products described herein for various City departments. In some cases due to limited storage, quantities may require a split delivery with the first shipment to be delivered immediately and the second shipment to take place in approximately six (6) months. Orders shall be placed through the year by phone (paid by P-Card) or by Purchase Order.
Notes
Samples Contractor is required to submit samples of any substitutions offered as a part of their bid package. Only one sample shall be provided for each substitution offered (For example: one can liner, one towel wipe, one toilet paper roll, etc.) Each sample shall be appropriately labeled with item number, manufacturer, product, and vendor name.
