Purpose
|
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to have one vendor under contract to provide office supplies on an as needed basis for the City of Suffolk on an ???as needed basis??? during the contract period. Items include: copy paper, envelopes, folders, binders, staples, and other miscellaneous office supplies.

Notes
|
The contract period shall cover purchases from date of award through January 31, 2015 with the option to renew for two (2) one-year renewal periods. Unless notified in writing by the City of Suffolk, this contract will automatically renew annually through January 31, 2017.
