The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to enter into an agreement with one contractor to furnish and deliver annual requirements of landscape and playground mulch on an as needed basis for the City???s Departments of Public Works and Parks and Recreation in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. Delivery to all locations will be F.O.B. destination

The contract shall cover the period from date of award through March 31, 2016.
This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term by mutual agreement of the contractor and the City. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods.
