Purpose
Provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, hardware, permits and fees necessary to provide the application of StreetPrint? on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Works Road Maintenance in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. Only contractors authorized by Integrated Paving Concepts to apply the StreetPrint? product will be allowed to bid on this contract. Substitutions will not be allowed.
Notes
The contract shall cover the period from date of award through May 31, 2016. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term by mutual agreement of the contractor and the City. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods.
