The City of Suffolk has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified firms to provide GPS/AVL Mobile Gateways for the Suffolk Police Department vehicles. The City utilizes Sungard CAD and intends to use the Sungard AVL software module.
