Purpose
|
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to hire a single qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and associated insurance required to provide on-site and off-site annual document destruction services on a rotation or an as needed basis for all City agencies/departments in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions herein.

Notes
|
The contract shall cover the period from date of award through July 31, 2017.
This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term by mutual agreement of the contractor and the City. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
