Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit the services of a Consultant to provide inventory and condition assessment of approximately 1,000 lane miles of City owned roads. The City will provide contract administration, management services and technical reviews of services associated with the pavement inventory and management solutions project. It is understood that references throughout this document to items of work and services to be performed are the responsibility of the Consultant unless otherwise expressly stated as the responsibility of others.
Notes
Any resulting contract or contracts shall become effective upon executed contract and shall be effective through September 30, 2017. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods, terminating September 30, 2021.
