Purpose
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to have one vendor under contract to provide office supplies for the City of Suffolk on an ???as needed basis.??? Items include: copy paper, envelopes, file folders, desk calendars, and other miscellaneous office supplies. Work shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.
Notes
The contract shall cover the period from date of award through April 30, 2018. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year periods ending April 30, 2022. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
