SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to hire one contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory installation of the storm drains, manholes, and inlets as shown on plans, or as directed by City representatives completed and ready for service in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions herein.
The contract shall cover the period from June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending May 31, 2024. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
