The City of Suffolk is seeking proposals from a qualified firm(s) to provide third party alarm system administrative services to City of Suffolk Police Department for alarm system regulation and response.
Any resulting contract or contracts shall become effective upon execution and shall be effective through July 31, 2023. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods, terminating July 31, 2027. The contract will automatically renew during these periods. The right is further reserved by the City to not renew the resulting contract at the expiration of any annual anniversary date by furnishing the Contractor with a thirty (30) day written notice.
